Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) to deliver outstanding customer experiences at their Irvine Spectrum location. What this role involves: - Communicating Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
- Promoting an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
- Demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice
- Leading the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
- Opening and closing the store
- Helping foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect
Requirements: - Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company, plus 6+ months in a management position
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
