Job Description
Warby Parker is seeking a part-time Keyholder (Sales Supervisor) for their new store opening in Arlington, TX. This role involves creating amazing customer experiences and contributing to the success of the business through face-to-face interactions. The Keyholder will share Warby Parker's story, participate in process improvement, and handle special projects.
What this role involves:
- Communicating Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
- Promoting an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
- Demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and offering style advice
- Reinventing the glasses-shopping experience
- Leading the selling floor and team touchbases in the absence of a manager
- Opening and closing the store
- Fostering an inclusive culture
Requirements:
- Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
- 6+ months in a management position
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
- Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn
- Team player with a passion for helping customers and teammates
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to bring positive energy to the workplace
