Warby Parker is seeking a part-time Keyholder (Sales Supervisor) for their new store opening in Arlington, TX. This role involves creating amazing customer experiences and contributing to the success of the business through face-to-face interactions. The Keyholder will share Warby Parker's story, participate in process improvement, and handle special projects.

What this role involves:
  • Communicating Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
  • Promoting an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
  • Demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and offering style advice
  • Reinventing the glasses-shopping experience
  • Leading the selling floor and team touchbases in the absence of a manager
  • Opening and closing the store
  • Fostering an inclusive culture

Requirements:
  • Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
  • 6+ months in a management position
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn
  • Team player with a passion for helping customers and teammates
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to bring positive energy to the workplace
