Warby Parker is seeking a Licensed Optical Supervisor (Optical Keyholder) to join their team in Hudson Yards, New York. The role involves creating excellent customer experiences by utilizing optical skills, a friendly attitude, and product knowledge. The Licensed Optical Supervisor will help customers, maintain store operations, and foster a positive work environment.Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to meet their eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings.
• Set the store up for success by ensuring operational procedures are followed.
• Drive store vision and sales through excellent service.
• Lead and mentor the Optical team.
• Maintain store systems, inventory databases, and business operations.
• Foster a positive employee culture.

Requirements:

• Licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states).
• 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail.
• Clear, effective communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer and teammate satisfaction.
• Energetic, positive team player.
• Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
