Job Description
Warby Parker is seeking a part-time Optician for their Arlington Highlands location. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect eyewear. The Optician will work directly with customers, take measurements, adjust and fit eyewear, and ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements. They will also explain prescription terminology and product offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Explain prescription terminology and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve sales and customer service practices.
  • Represent the Warby Parker brand and educate others.

Requirements:
  • Licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states).
  • Passionate about eyewear and retail.
