Job Description
Warby Parker is seeking a full-time Optometric Technician to work at their Natick Mall location. The Optometric Technician will work closely with Optometrists to provide patients with an excellent eye exam experience. They will manage patient flow, perform pre-testing, assist with contact lens training, and collect data. Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between doctor and patient
  • Perform preliminary clinical data collection
  • Support with in-person and video-assisted eye exam appointments
  • Support new contact lens wearers through insertion and removal training
  • Manage patient flow and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare reports and maintain an organized exam room
  • Support the retail sales team
Requirements:
  • Professional and compassionate approach to patient care

  • Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management skills
  • Comfortable with technology and able to learn new applications
