Job Description
Warby Parker is seeking a part-time Optometric Technician in Lynnfield, MA, to work closely with Optometrists and provide excellent patient experiences. The Optometric Technician will manage a high volume of patients, conduct pre-testing, assist with contact lens training, deliver video-assisted eye exams, and collect data. This role requires a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who can maintain efficient patient flow and support the retail sales team.

Role Involves:
  • Acting as the primary liaison between doctor and patient
  • Performing preliminary clinical data collection
  • Supporting in-person and video-assisted eye exam appointments
  • Supporting new contact lens wearers through insertion and removal training
  • Managing patient flow and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing and maintaining an organized exam room
