Job Description
Warby Parker is seeking a part-time Optometric Technician in Charlotte, NC, to work closely with Optometrists and provide excellent patient experiences. The Optometric Technician will manage a high volume of patients, complete pre-testing, assist with contact lens training, deliver video-assisted eye exams, and collect critical data. This role requires a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who can maintain efficient patient flow and support the retail sales team as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between doctor and patient
  • Perform preliminary clinical data collection
  • Support in-person and video-assisted eye exam appointments
  • Support new contact lens wearers through insertion and removal training
  • Manage patient flow and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and maintain an organized exam room
