Hill & Knowlton is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of Public Relations Advisor in either their Montréal or Québec City team. The position involves managing and executing various communication projects within corporate communications, media relations, influencer engagement, and social/digital community management, in collaboration with the Hill & Knowlton team.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring execution of public relations programs in collaboration with account managers.
• Serving as a primary point of contact with clients, providing program updates and strategic advice.
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams on social/digital, influencer engagement, and media strategy projects.
• Supporting the supervision of junior team members and task delegation.
• Ensuring client satisfaction through quality work and anticipating client needs.
• Contributing to the development and execution of media and influencer strategies.
• Overseeing campaign measurement, including media monitoring and data analysis.
• Supporting business development efforts through proposal contributions and client presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4-6 years of relevant communications experience, agency experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Understanding of traditional, social, and digital public relations programs.
• Experience in designing and executing integrated communications programs.
• Strong project and budget management skills.
• Creative mindset with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple mandates.
