Job Description

This is a Business Operations Internship role with one of RippleMatch's partner companies. RippleMatch partners with hundreds of companies looking to hire top talent and uses its AI-powered platform to match candidates with employers.

The intern will assist with the analysis and improvement of operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the analysis and improvement of operational processes.
• Working with data to identify trends and propose solutions.
• Managing multiple tasks and contributing to collaborative projects.
• Working within cross-functional teams and interacting with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Participation in relevant extracurricular activities is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Basic understanding of business operations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn about various aspects of business operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with business information systems.
