Job Description

This is a Business Operations Internship with one of RippleMatch's partner companies. RippleMatch partners with numerous companies seeking to hire top talent and uses an AI-powered job matchmaker platform to connect candidates with employers.

The intern will support the analysis and improvement of operational processes, working within cross-functional teams and interacting with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the analysis and improvement of operational processes.
• Working with data to identify trends and propose solutions.
• Managing multiple tasks and contributing to collaborative projects.
• Working within cross-functional teams and interacting with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies.
• Basic understanding of business operations, including process optimization, supply chain logistics, and project management.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data to identify trends and propose solutions.
• Good organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with business information systems.
