This internship role is with one of RippleMatch's partner companies. RippleMatch partners with numerous organizations seeking to hire talented individuals. The Business Process Analyst Intern will support the documentation, analysis, and optimization of business processes. The intern will work with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the documentation, analysis, and optimization of business processes.
• Interpreting business data and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
• Recommending improvements to business processes.
• Managing multiple tasks and contributing to collaborative projects.
• Working with cross-functional teams and documenting process requirements.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of business process analysis, modeling, and improvement techniques.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or other business management software.
• Skills in data analysis and the use of analytics tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Eagerness to learn about operational efficiencies and the application of technology in business processes.
