Job Description
Grow Therapy is seeking a Director of Product, Care Connections to lead a strategic product area focused on enhancing therapeutic relationships and outcomes. This role involves building AI-enabled experiences that support continuous care, leading a team of product managers, and driving innovation across greenfield product spaces. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and ship high-quality products. They will also contribute hands-on to strategy, user research, and product execution, while driving alignment across executive stakeholders.
What This Role Involves:
- Owning and evolving the product vision for the Care Connections pillar.
- Leading a team of product managers to ship client and provider-facing features.
- Identifying new opportunities and driving innovation.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.
- Contributing hands-on to strategy, user research, and product execution.
- Driving alignment across executive stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of product experience, with 4+ years managing product teams.
- Experience with AI/LLMs.
- Proven track record of leading consumer-facing product initiatives.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on approach with a bias toward action and ownership.
