PatientPoint is seeking a Manager of Data and DevOps Engineers to lead their team. - Leading and mentoring a team of data and DevOps engineers.
- Defining and executing the technical roadmap for data infrastructure and DevOps practices.
- Building and scaling a high-performing team of data engineers.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- Driving team and organizational growth through recruitment and onboarding.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Developing and monitoring project timelines.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams for seamless data integration.
- Maintaining scalable, reliable, and high-performance data pipelines.
- Owning and maintaining CI/CD framework and pipelines.
- Acting as the subject matter expert for the organization's data platform.
- Overseeing the creation of automated data quality assurance processes.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in data/DevOps engineering positions.
- 3+ years in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Experience in managing cloud data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
- Experience in implementing security best practices for data storage.
- Experience with modern software development practices, including CI/CD.
- Experience in engineering large-scale enterprise applications end-to-end.
- Proven ability to evaluate the current technology stack and advocate for strategic enhancements.
- Experience with modern data architecture and data transformation tooling.
- Experience with Snowflake or Google Big Query.
- Ensure high system availability and quick resolution of incidents.
