Job Description
PatientPoint is seeking an Audit Project Manager to join their Quality Management Office. This role involves managing and supporting audits across IT, internal processes, and industry accreditation compliance. The Audit Project Manager will ensure effective collaboration between stakeholders, accurate evidence collection, and robust audit processes to uphold quality standards and compliance.
The role involves:
- Serving as the project manager for external compliance / accreditation audits.
- Acting as the primary liaison between external auditors and internal subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Coordinating evidence collection, facilitating interviews, and scheduling meetings.
- Assisting in planning the audit scope and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Tracking and reporting on the remediation of audit findings to closure.
- Collaborating with internal leadership to define the content and scope of internal audits.
- Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing audit evidence for accuracy and completeness.
- Authoring detailed audit reports outlining processes, findings, and actionable recommendations.
- Facilitating audits to maintain industry accreditation requirements.
- Developing and managing administrative resources, including Jira project plans, document repositories, and stakeholder preparation materials.
- Monitoring remediation efforts for identified findings to maintain accreditation status.
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating complex initiatives involving cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of audit processes, evidence collection standards, and report writing.
- Familiarity with IT General Controls (ITGC) frameworks, including areas such as access management, change management, system operations, and data integrity (Desired).
- Experience in IT auditing or a similar role (Desired).
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira and document management systems (Desired).

- Ability to facilitate collaboration between diverse teams and stakeholders.
