Job Description
Fleetio is seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative to make a first impression by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Salesforce. The SDR will partner with Account Executives to create a pipeline of opportunities, schedule meetings, and shadow demos.
  • Manage outbound lead generation for the Mid-Market territory.
  • Actively source new leads and develop detailed lead profiles in Salesforce.
  • Qualify prospect accounts and schedule meetings with Account Executives.
  • Assist in strategic efforts to create qualified sales opportunities.
  • 1+ years of experience in Outbound sales, preferably as an SDR or AE.
  • Self-motivated with an outstanding work ethic.
  • Coachable & Eager to Learn.
  • Team Player.
  • Resilient, fearless, and persistent.
  • Problem solver with strong attention to detail.
  • SaaS experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack is a plus.
