Smartsheet is looking for a Regional Director to lead the DACH Sales team. The role is based in Munich, Germany, with hybrid or remote work options available. The Regional director will report to the Regional Vice President, EMEA Sales. It requires fluency in both English and German.

The role involves:
  • Leading the DACH Sales team to exceed sales goals.
  • Coaching account executives to develop and execute account strategies.
  • Driving Smartsheet executive engagement in target accounts.
  • Partnering with Sales Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Managing business using Smartsheet, Salesforce.com, Tableau, and LinkedIn.

Requirements:
  • Experience leading Strategic SaaS sales teams to exceed quotas.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Experience building relationships with partners and selling through channels.
  • Proven ability to drive Strategic sales teams in executing sales strategies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management of enterprise software (preferably SaaS).
  • 10+ years of experience in the software industry with current SaaS experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., The Challenger Sale).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth software company.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Salesforce.com, Google Apps, and Tableau.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Legally eligible to work in Germany.
