Smartsheet is seeking a Services Operations Specialist to join their team in Costa Rica. The role supports the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the services business, working with departmental leaders and stakeholders. This individual will support internal systems, logistical operations, and internal business processes required to build and operate a scalable services business and help coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects.
Responsibilities:
- Drive tactical daily operations by providing customer service to internal and external customers
- Partner with sales teams to review statement of work contracts
- Coordinate with Finance to process monthly services billings and respond to inquiries
- Improve operational systems and tracking infrastructure
- Maintain prioritization of operational projects and resources
- Support delivery teams with troubleshooting project issues
- Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in an operations or administrative role
- Knowledge of professional services organization a plus
- Experience driving projects from concept through completion
- Proactive mindset
- Hands-on experience with SaaS applications
- Openness to learning new technologies
