Senior Desktop Engineer and Executive Support

Job Description

• Managing endpoints with Intune and SCCM.
• Developing and supporting desktop images and group policies.
• Overseeing application deployment.
• Monitoring device health and troubleshooting issues.
• Managing Windows OS, including registry settings and updates.
• Ensuring compliance with security frameworks.
• Providing white-glove IT support to executive leadership.
• Resolving technical issues for on-site and remote employees.
• Automating endpoint tasks using PowerShell.
• Managing AV systems and collaboration tools.
• Leading endpoint refreshes and migrations.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in IT support roles, with 3+ years focused on endpoint management using Intune and SCCM.
• Extensive expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows OS, and endpoint security tools.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Knowledge of networking, including DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
