Job Description

Simtra BioPharma Solutions, a leading contract development and manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) specializing in water, ventilation, and air conditioning technology at their Halle/Westfalen, Germany facility. This role involves operating building technology supply and disposal systems while adhering to regulatory limits and managing control systems. Simtra BioPharma Solutions is dedicated to providing patients worldwide with life-changing medications.

• Maintaining Utilities systems according to maintenance regulations and schedules.
• Participating in maintenance and repair activities for technical building equipment.
• Maintaining shift logs.
• Supporting the analysis and resolution of process deviations.
• Coordinating repairs with the supervisor.
• Recording energy consumption and system parameters.
• Supporting continuous improvement and energy-saving measures.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, order, cleanliness, and environmental protection standards.
• Assisting with investment and optimization projects in the Utilities area.

• Completed technical vocational training in building technology, process engineering / water treatment, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in building technology facilities such as heating, air conditioning, electrical, waterworks, water treatment plants, measurement and control technology.
• Independent and structured work style, as well as resilience.
• Good IT/software skills (MS-Office).
• Fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written.
