Manufacturing Supervisor, Filling/Capping (2nd Shift)

Job Description

Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for its Bloomington, Indiana facility. The Manufacturing Supervisor is a member of the Manufacturing Leadership Team and reports to the Manufacturing Manager. This role involves providing direct support to Manufacturing personnel engaged in the production of injectable drug products and ensuring compliance with all standard operating procedures and batch records. Simtra is dedicated to quality and continuous improvement, holding itself to the highest regulatory standards.

• Supervising day-to-day production, scheduling, staffing, and material management.
• Reviewing and approving documentation for batch and system records.
• Implementing and supporting training programs.
• Leading technical reviews, investigations, and process improvement projects.
• Providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance during deviations.

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience required.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
