Job Description
Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a dedicated employee for its Halle/Westfalen, Germany location. This role involves independently producing solutions in the mixing area for pharmaceutical production. The employee will play a crucial role in manufacturing drugs for cancer and other life-threatening diseases.Responsibilities:- Independently prepare solutions in the formulation area
- Independently perform pharmaceutical documentation
- Clean filtration lines, formulation isolators, and formulation equipment
- Perform in-process controls according to manufacturing instructions, including calibrating measuring instruments and recording data
- Clean, package, and prepare product-contacting equipment
- Operate, maintain, and monitor steam and hot air sterilizers, recording fault messages and organizing fault resolution
- Document sterilization processes and check for completeness
- Adhere to 6S and hygiene standards
- Completed training as a pharmaceutical technician, chemical technician, production specialist in chemistry, or PTA/CTA/BTA/LTA, or a comparable qualification acquired through professional experience
- Professional experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industry is desirable but not necessary
- General GMP and GDP knowledge is desirable
- Willingness to learn and a self-reliant, careful, and responsible working method
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation, including weekend assignments
