Job Description
Ethos is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Analytics to lead a team and drive data-driven decision-making within the direct-to-consumer (DTC) vertical. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Lifecycle teams to define goals, analyze user behavior, and generate insights that optimize user experience and improve growth and acquisition efforts. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and leadership skills, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
    Role Involves:
  • Partnering with PMs to define feature goals and implement tracking.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of product analysts.
  • Developing dashboards and querying data.
  • Building and executing an analytics roadmap.
  • Performing exploratory analyses to uncover actionable insights.
  • Collaborating with Engineering to implement well-defined taxonomies.
  • Fostering a data-driven culture through experimentation best practices.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
    Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a people manager.
  • Expert knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong expertise with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Amplitude).
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R.
  • Proven track record of designing and analyzing A/B tests.
  • Experience with statistical methods.
  • Strong communication skills.
