Ethos is seeking a Staff Product Analyst to join their team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter with a strong track record of delivering results. This role will involve tackling complex challenges in a rapidly-scaling startup and working cross-functionally to generate product insights. • Work closely with PMs to define feature goals and lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
• Proactively generate exploratory analyses and in-depth research on large data sets.
• Use data querying and visualization skills to answer questions and provide actionable insights.
• Develop easy-to-consume dashboards and frameworks to monitor and visualize KPIs.
• Influence strategic changes by presenting insights and recommendations to various organizational levels.
• Collaborate with data engineers to maintain consistent business logic throughout the organization.
• Foster a data-driven, test-and-learn culture.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, and/or data-driven product management.
• Expert knowledge of SQL.
• Expertise with data visualization tools.
• Experience in A/B testing and experimentation best practices.
• Knowledge of basic statistical techniques.
• Familiarity with a scripting language like Python or R.
• Proven ability to work independently and multi-task.
