Ethos is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to bridge the gap between product and user-facing teams. This role is crucial for delivering value to users by ensuring a smooth customer experience. The Product Operations Analyst will work closely with customer-facing teams, product management, and engineering to address issues and product bugs, fostering a tight product feedback loop.

Role Involves:
  • Fielding questions and feature requests from customer-facing teams.
  • Triaging and resolving technical and product issues.
  • Communicating product and bug updates to stakeholders.
  • Collecting, quantifying, and prioritizing product-related bugs.
  • Improving product understanding among product and engineering teams.
  • Ensuring operating team readiness for new feature launches.
  • Representing the customer's voice in product development.
  • Building connections with subject matter experts across the company.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, product, or an analytical role.
  • 1+ year of experience with Javascript, Java, or SQL.
  • Analytical mindset, technical abilities, and business acumen.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering-related field.
