Job Description
Ethos is seeking a Partnership Operations Associate to assist in managing strategic distribution partnerships and driving business growth. This role involves collaborating with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to build a category-defining product.Duties include:
  • Providing sales content, resources, and tools to strategic distribution account owners.
  • Managing distribution partner onboarding, training, and account management for Ethos’ platform.
  • Demonstrating Ethos’ value to distribution partners and driving adoption of the Ethos solution.
  • Serving as the internal point-of-contact for strategic distribution account inquiries.
Qualifications include:
  • Ability to work through ambiguity in a hyper-growth sales environment.
  • A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Self-starter attitude.
