Job Description
Ethos is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to collaborate with the Enterprise Sales team in managing and growing enterprise-level accounts. Ethos is built to make it faster and easier to get life insurance for the next million families.
This role involves post-deal partner management, encompassing sales planning, adoption of Ethos's offerings, and growth management. The Strategic Account Manager will monitor account performance using data-driven metrics and cultivate relationships with key agents and influencers. They will also establish thought leadership and represent the voice of the account partner to internal stakeholders. The candidate should be prepared to travel approximately 5 days per month.
Responsibilities: - Driving sales planning

Requirements: - Experience with Network Marketing Organizations
- 5 years experience in Life Insurance distribution
- Demonstrated sales development experience
- Competitive product and operational value chain knowledge
- Ability to oversee partnership onboarding, integration and relationship management
- Ability to drive optimization of sales processes & integrations
- Ability to design and drive execution of account growth rollout plans
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management skills
