Job Description
Ethos is seeking a Licensed Life Insurance Sales Agent to guide customers through the life insurance buying process. The agent will educate customers on life insurance, recommend suitable products, and provide excellent customer service. They will contact customers who have started an application on the Ethos website, assist them with the application process, and guide them through purchasing a policy.
Role Involves:
- Engaging potential customers through calls, emails, and SMS.
- Educating customers on Ethos’ products and processes.
- Understanding customer needs and positioning Ethos’ value.
- Building relationships and trust with customers.
- Managing a pipeline of customers and performing follow-up.
- Iterating and improving upon workflows and outreach strategies.
- Driving referral activity by creating positive customer experiences.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in life insurance telesales.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software.
- Strong sales track record and sales techniques.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability to changes and a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and phone presence.
