Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Security Supervisor to conduct functional and technical supervision of security activities and maintain safety and security at the assigned area. The Security Supervisor safeguards lives, assets, and information, ensuring effective implementation and enforcement of security policies and procedures. They will lead the implementation of emergency drills and on-the-job training, ensuring the readiness of security personnel and equipment. 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide security protection to safeguard lives, assets and information
  • Respond to all security and emergency events
  • Document daily activities and provide detailed timeline reports
  • Conduct preliminary security investigations on-site
  • Lead the implementation of emergency drills and On-Job-Training
  • Operate security posts and handle security systems and equipment
  • Liaise with government or emergency agencies during events
  • Evaluate security levels and identify vulnerabilities

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED or Relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains.
  • Experience in luxury automobile repair environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software.
  • Must possess a valid driver license
