Sr. HR Business Partner

Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner to support the business structure of the organization by collaborating with the HR department and HR shared services. This role will provide organizational support of strategic goals, business objectives, and human resource initiatives. The successful candidate will partner with organizational leaders to develop plans and achieve overall company goals.Responsibilities include:

• Providing HR expertise in performance management, employee relations, coaching, and organizational development.
• Partnering with mid-level managers to implement HR policies and practices.
• Collaborating with the HR team to promote a culture of excellence.
• Developing people strategies.
• Supporting core HR processes.
• Analyzing employee reports.
• Leading assignments in the HR Generalist area.
• Building morale and improving workplace relationships.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Resolving complex issues related to HR processes.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, communications, or related field (preferred).
• PHR or SPHR a plus with 5 years experience or Masters degree + 3 years minimum of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources.
• Demonstrated expertise in interpersonal skills and leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-growth environment.
• Working knowledge of government laws and regulations.
• Automotive OEM or Retail experience preferred.
