Nu is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to three executives in their Mexico City office. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executives' daily activities and supporting their teams.
Role Involves:
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Organizing internal and external events.
- Making travel arrangements, including visa and passport assistance.
- Obtaining and organizing information for presentations and reports.
- Tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Managing expenses and budgets.
- Coordinating with facilities and IT teams to ensure a smooth work experience.
- Maintaining filing and database systems.
- Helping the executives to build a rituals governance for their teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in similar positions.
- Advanced English level.
- Availability to work in the office hybridly.
- Ability to work as a team and negotiate with third parties.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and challenge the status quo.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
