Nubank is seeking an International Health Specialist to support its health strategy and operational routines across Latin America. This role involves ensuring the best experience for Nubank employees, aligning the global health strategy with local requirements, and monitoring health trends in each country. The International Health Specialist will be responsible for implementing health programs, supporting employees, and managing vendors in countries outside of Brazil.
Role involves:
- Designing and implementing health programs tailored to international settings, especially Mexico and Colombia.
- Ensuring compliance with local and international health laws.
- Providing personalized guidance and support to employees on health matters, mental health issues, and workplace safety.
- Collaborating with global health leaders and HR teams to integrate health programs.
- Conducting health risk assessments for international employees and coordinating preventive measures.
- Managing international third parties and healthcare vendors.
- Managing and escalating complex health cases when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Medicine, Nursing, or other health areas.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent reporting skills.
