Nubank is seeking a Customer Excellence Supervisor to join its team in Bogota, Colombia. The Customer Excellence team focuses on providing outstanding customer experiences and building a community of fanatical customers. This role involves contributing to the growth of the Xpeer chapter, developing and mentoring Xpeers, and taking ownership of team performance.
Role involves:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Contributing to the growth of the Xpeer chapter through strategic projects.
- Developing and mentoring Xpeers to become future leaders.
- Taking full ownership of team performance, tracking key metrics and driving continuous improvement.
- Providing proactive and constructive feedback on products, tools, customer insights, and communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience with tNPS management (a plus).
- Experience with Onboarding/Training (a plus).
- Great people skills.
- Solid analytical & multi-tasking skills.
- Attention to detail, data-management & results-oriented.
