Staff Software Engineer

Job Description

Tekion, a company disrupting the automotive industry with its cloud-native platform, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer. The engineer will be based in Bangalore, India, and will contribute to designing and building complicated workflows.

The role involves:

• Designing and building complicated workflows.
• Delivering a user-friendly experience.
• Providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Preparing technical designs.
• Driving performance tuning and re-factoring.
• Implementing module components.
• Mentoring team members.

Tekion requires candidates to have:

• Minimum 7 years of software development experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience in JavaScript (ReactJS / Redux), React Native, HTML, CSS, JQuery, HTTP.
• A strong understanding of XML, JSON, DOM, and w3c standards.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA.
• Excellent understanding of performance and optimization techniques.
• Experience of working with Git.
