Senior Procurement Specialist

Tekion, a company focused on automotive industry innovation, is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist. This role is based in Bangalore, India. The Senior Procurement Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, identifying and evaluating suppliers, managing contracts, and fostering supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
• Lead contract negotiations.
• Cultivate and maintain supplier relationships.
• Analyze spend data and track performance.

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel Skills
• Data Analytics Services + HR Category Sourcing
• 5+ years of Professional Services and HR negotiations Category Management
• Source to Pay process
