THE ICONIC is seeking a Commercial Lead - B2B Fulfilment Services to drive growth and expansion of its fulfilment services. The Commercial Lead will identify and develop new business opportunities within THE ICONIC's platform ecosystem. This is a 12-month contract role based in Sydney.

About the role:

  • Lead and execute the commercial growth and business development strategy for THE ICONIC Fulfillment Services.
  • Manage the business development pipeline for Fulfilled by THE ICONIC (FBI), converting leads into active partners.
  • Develop, implement and maintain account management framework for FBI partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure platform operations meet user needs and scale appropriately.
  • Drive synergies and opportunities with the parent group, GFG, through relationship building and collaborative work practices.
  • Inspire, develop, and lead the Platform Specialist - Fulfilment Services.

About you:

  • Proven experience in B2B services business development / account management
  • High commercial acumen with skills in financial planning and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience with marketplace /fulfillment services
  • Leadership skills to motivate a team and cross-functional stakeholders.
