THE ICONIC, a leading fashion e-commerce destination in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to join its customer team in Sydney. The Senior Partnerships Manager will be responsible for driving brand partnerships, achieving revenue targets, and fostering strong client relationships.

About the role:

  • Develop and execute brand partnerships sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Source, close, and grow new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Create compelling pitches and proposals.
  • Drive digital-first thinking and innovate new products.
  • Provide financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal departments.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in media sales or online fashion advertising.
  • Strong understanding of online advertising processes and technology.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience growing client accounts and business development
  • Active participation in industry trade and networking events.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commercial acumen
