Solutions Architect (Post Sales)

Job Description

Aisera is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the successful deployment and adoption of Aisera’s AI/ML-powered solutions for enterprise clients. This role involves working closely with clients, product teams, and engineering to design, implement, and optimize AI-based automation solutions tailored to specific business needs.Responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end implementation of AI/ML solutions.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers.
• Collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Designing and customizing automation workflows.
• Defining and documenting solution architectures.
• Providing hands-on support for system configuration.
• Leading technical workshops and training sessions.
• Driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing solution architecture.
• Strong background in AI/ML-driven automation.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zendesk, AWS, or Azure.
• Hands-on expertise in APIs, scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar), and cloud-based architectures.
• Deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, or Customer Experience (CX) automation solutions.
• Proven track record in enterprise solution deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
