Job Description

Aisera is seeking a skilled Sustaining Engineer to maintain and improve its AI Copilot solutions. The Sustaining Engineer will be a problem-solving expert dedicated to resolving product bugs, providing effective solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Aisera is a leading provider of AI Copilot solutions, utilizing AiseraGPT and Generative AI to facilitate business transformation and drive revenue growth through a self-service model.This role involves:

• Reproducing, root causing, and fixing product bugs.
• Unblocking customer issues via workarounds, custom solutions, hot fixes, or patch releases.
• Developing solutions to alleviate supportability pain points.
• Assisting Technical Support and Customer Engineering.
• Enhancing tenant health and boosting customer adoption.
• Communicating effectively with customers during debugging.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong debugging skills.
• Experience with SaaS applications, RESTful web services, Kafka, ElasticSearch, gRPC, and Python for Data Science.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk, etc.).
• Knowledge of security standards (OAuth, SAML, SSO).
