Job Description
Aisera is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive sales of its AI Service Management solution. This role is focused on enterprises with significant revenue and requires a proven track record in closing large deals.Responsibilities:
  • Qualifying new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
  • Prospecting cold leads to generate interest and new contacts.
  • Researching accounts, identifying key players, and building relationships.
  • Demonstrating Aisera's AI Service Management solution and aligning value to customer pain points.
  • Closing sales with a $1.35M quota.
  • Maintaining and expanding your list of assigned prospects.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in closing deal sizes of $250k or more.
  • Consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goals.
  • Competitive team player.
  • Avid learner of technology.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships and influence.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience selling CRM SaaS a plus.
  • 3-10 years of experience in Enterprise Account management and sales.
