Job Description
Aisera is seeking a Sales Engineer to join its team. The Sales Engineer will partner with sales and engineering teams to bridge the gap between business and technology, helping customers realize the potential of Aisera's Conversational AI. Aisera's AI Copilot uses industry and domain-specific LLMs to deliver human-like experiences and auto-remediate requests through AI workflows. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, a selfless team player, and ready to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the sales process, focusing on technical discovery.
- Lead technical product overviews and address objections.
- Create and deliver demos highlighting the capabilities.
- Define, build, and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Troubleshoot issues during demo preparation and POCs.
- Coordinate Aisera's technical resources to secure deals.
- Participate in onboarding activities with CSMs, CSEs, and SAs to ensure successful customer launch.
- Gather and drive product feedback.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Sales acumen to understand customer challenges and articulate Aisera's value.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies.
