Job Description
Aisera is seeking a Sales Engineer to join its dynamic team. The Sales Engineer will be pivotal in bridging the gap between sales and engineering, helping customers realize the potential of Conversational AI. They will be responsible for securing technical wins and facilitating deal closures.This role involves:
  • Participating actively in the sales process, focusing on technical discovery diligence.
  • Owning technical product overviews and handling objections.
  • Building and delivering compelling demonstrations.
  • Defining, building, and executing Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Troubleshooting issues and coordinating with teams during demo preparation and POCs.
  • Leading the coordination of Aisera's technical resources.
  • Participating in onboarding activities and collecting product feedback.
The ideal candidate should have:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Sales acumen and the ability to understand customer challenges.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • A Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, or other scripting/programming languages.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies.
