Director of Product

Job Description

Blitz is seeking a Director of Product to define and enhance how they track and interact with gaming activities globally. The Director of Product will lead product ideation, technical development, and feature launches to enhance user engagement. The role involves strategic leadership, team management, product roadmap oversight, cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, user-centric innovation, and go-to-market strategy.

What this role involves:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy.
• Leading the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product features.
• Directing and expanding a team of product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Owning the product roadmap and defining key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborating with business leads, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
• Conducting competitive analysis and market research.
• Leading user research and A/B testing.
• Developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in product management with leadership experience.
• Extensive experience in digital product management, particularly in activity tracking platforms.
• Strong background in product design, software engineering, or data science.
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the gaming industry, especially MOBAs like League of Legends.
