Virtu Financial is seeking a Trading Operations Analyst to join their team in New York. The company is a leading financial firm that provides liquidity to global markets through cutting-edge technology and transparent trading solutions.

The Trading Operations team is crucial to Virtu's trading foundation, ensuring operational efficiency through logistics, mechanics, and back-office workflow management. The Analyst will manage the clearance, settlement, and reconciliation of all trades and positions, collaborating with traders, finance, compliance, brokers, custodians, and customers.

The role involves ensuring timely trade settlement, accurate record-keeping, and risk mitigation. The candidate will also work with software engineers to automate and enhance operational workflows.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing clearance, settlement, and reconciliation of trades.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of professional experience (graduates considered).
