A well-established organization is seeking an Expression of Interest for a Call Centre Team Leader. The role is fully onsite in the South Eastern Suburbs. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing call centre team, handling escalations, resolving complex customer queries, inspiring and motivating the team to exceed targets and achieve development goals and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met. The Role Involves:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader (TL) or Assistant Team Leader (ATL) in a call centre
  • A strong track record of managing teams and achieving KPIs
  • Full-time availability Monday – Friday (Visa holders must have full-time work rights)
  • Confidence in working fully onsite in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional references from previous employers
