The role involves:

  • Handling a large volume of inbound queries through calls, emails, and chats, specifically within Financial Services, averaging 50-60 calls per day.
  • Achieving key metrics including average handling time, quality assurance, roster adherence, and positive post-call customer surveys.
  • Participating in detailed training programs lasting 4-6 weeks to ensure readiness for the role.

Requirements:

  • Full-time availability from Monday to Friday.
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recent experience in a call centre or high-volume phone-based role (Financial Services experience is a bonus).
  • Confidence working with numbers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite.
  • Professional references from previous employers.
