AirTrunk is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their legal and company secretarial teams. This role is an initial 6-month fixed-term contract with part-time/full-time options available. The Legal Assistant will collaborate closely with the legal team to provide legal, company secretarial, administrative, and transactional support, aiding the growth of the AirTrunk business across the Asia Pacific region. They will support the legal team in preparing and executing various contracts, and will receive day-to-day instruction and on-the-job training.Role involves:
- Supporting the legal and company secretarial teams with day-to-day operation of files and matter management and meeting scheduling
- Populating and preparing template contracts and liaising with counterparties
- Coordinating the internal approval and execution process (DocuSign) for contracts
- Supporting lawyers to optimize the use of internal systems and processes
- Monitoring and administering AirTrunk legal team inboxes and intake forms
- Previous work experience in an administrative or legal support role; candidates working towards completion of a law degree at an accredited law school are welcome to apply
- Must be able to commit to at least 3 days per week if part-time
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
- Strong document processing skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to effectively multi-task and perform legal and contract execution processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to interact and work with AirTrunkers from different areas and locations at all levels of seniority
- Enjoys being challenged, has a “can do” attitude, is prepared to go above and beyond and is eager to learn and develop an in-depth knowledge of AirTrunk’s business and operations
