AirTrunk is seeking an Associate Director – Governance and Assurance to be based in their HQ in Sydney. Reporting to the Quality Director, the successful candidate will work closely with various teams and leadership across the APJ region. This role involves developing and implementing governance and assurance programs to drive conformance and continual improvement across asset delivery.Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing an asset delivery assurance program.
  • Improving and implementing the APAC Quality audit program.
  • Developing and documenting governance requirements across the asset delivery lifecycle.
  • Driving improvement in the investigation and RCA process.
  • Driving a disciplined approach to the identification and implementation of lessons learnt.
  • Project Monitoring and Improvement

AirTrunk requires candidates to have:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in project management, quality assurance, or related fields, including leadership roles.
  • Experience developing and leading quality audit and governance programs for large, complex organisations.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Quality audit qualifications.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
