AirTrunk is seeking a Senior Cost Manager APAC based in Johor Bahru. The role involves implementing the strategic direction for the Construction Cost Management program and contributing to process improvement and standardization across global geographies. The Senior Cost Manager will manage Construction Cost Control Operations across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Pre-contract cost estimation and benchmarking.
  • Value Engineering and Cost/Function optimization workshops.
  • Assist in contract procurement and bid analysis.
  • Provide ongoing cost management and review support.
  • Track monthly construction accruals and report to the APAC Financial Team.
  • Manage QS Vendor Procurement and engagement.
  • Provide cost estimating support to internal AirTrunk teams.
  • Provide accurate construction cost data for strategic decision making.
  • Provide formal and ad-hoc reporting to management teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
  • 15+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects (SGD100m+).
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and bid writing skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good leadership competence to lead multi-disciplinary teams across multiple geographies.
  • Prior Data Center project experience will be preferred.
