Senior Project Manager, Construction & Development

Job Description

AirTrunk is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the construction phases of data center facilities in Singapore. The Senior Project Manager will report to our Project Director, you will work closely with our Development team. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will provide leadership, strategic planning, and coordination with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing construction phases of Data Center facilities.
• Establishing and maintaining a culture of safety.
• Ensuring high-quality installations.
• Monitoring project programs and milestones.
• Assisting with budget monitoring and cost management.
• Coordinating with stakeholders.
• Identifying and reporting potential risks and issues.
• Providing regular project progress updates.
• Supporting commissioning and handover processes.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of construction experience in large-scale projects.
• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or Project/Construction Management.
• Experience working for a Data Centre operator or hyperscale/cloud provider in the APAC market.
• Flexibility and forward-thinking approach.
• Results-focused with a proactive attitude.
• Preparedness to travel across APAC.
