Responsibilities include:

• Developing, managing, and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Uplifting and maintaining a business resilience framework and tools.
• Coordinating resilience activities across business units.
• Establishing and leading emergency, business continuity, and crisis scenario drills.
• Managing engagements with external service providers.
• Maintaining enterprise resilience risk and control profile.

Requirements include:
